Research has shown us that those who live with a sense of purpose actually live longer.  With that said, it is an all to common tale, that people will go through the motions of life while never truly living. People are surviving but often not thriving.  The purpose of coaching is to help people gain a clear view of their individual purpose and formulate the best steps to get there.

The truth is we are all the experts at our own lives. The coaching process uses pointed questions to allow clients to discover their own answers.  Although there is great value in counseling, and consultation, coaching serves a different function.  The posture of the coach is to come alongside you in your race, to encourage the healthy strides you are already taking, and to help you discover your best course forward. In this we see people begin to run their own race, and run it in a greater way, truly discovering lives of purpose.

“The meaning of life is to find your gift, the purpose of life is to give it away”
— William Shakespeare
